Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is a life-saving technique used when someone's breathing or heart stops. In cardiac arrest, the heart can't pump blood to the body, including the brain and lungs. Performing CPR helps move blood and deliver oxygen to vital organs while waiting for emergency help.

RESULTS & RECOVERY

Knowing how to do CPR properly can mean the difference between life and death. The brain can start dying within 4 to 6 minutes without oxygen. Learning and doing CPR is crucial for saving lives. Nearly two-thirds of heart attack victims die before getting to a hospital, but many of these deaths could be avoided with timely assistance.
